If you do not attend (DNA) or miss the appointment, or change/cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged fully for the booking.
Refund Consideration
We consider a refund in the event of a medical emergency that prevented the patient from attending the session, upon providing supporting evidence.

If you pay through our online booking system or using the payment link that we emailed, or you pay by scanning our QR code, you will receive an email with receipt following a successful payment.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination, or procedure where they feel one is required.
Request at Booking
Wherever possible, we would ask you to make this request at the time of booking the appointment so that arrangements can be made and your appointment is not delayed in any way.
