Back pain some activities to avoid.

Sitting on the floor
Someone suffering with back pain should not sit on the floor. Sitting on the floor makes it impossible or difficult to maintain good posture. So, people should avoid this as much as possible.

Exercise
If experiencing back pain, exercise must be performed with caution. Some exercise can increase your symptoms, especially if the exercise bends your spine. Generally, we do not stop patients from running, jogging, walking, or swimming. At N3 Physiotherapy, we advise our patients to stop other forms of exercise during the treatment period, apart from the exercise we prescribe.

Prolonged sitting or driving
Prolonged sitting or driving often makes back pain substantially worse. We advise avoiding sitting for long periods of time, so aim to reduce your driving hours and ensure that correct posture is maintained while you are seated.
